  1. any minor update on how it's going? will it work? not trying to make you spend more time posting about it than finishing it, but just a minor update, cause I at least didn't hear about it for a long time.

  3. Although not much since beta 20 was changed about t3 dual (or the balance) and it was there proven to be too strong, It's for sure still imbalanced. (just like Cisz says early t3 duals too strong earl on). also with 15k worth of pure essences each, it'll probably be valid to do for example NWNWNWPPPxy too. We Need To Do Something. Unless someone comes up with an idea that they feel is better than t3 sup duals increase support over time, or agrees with that, the map will remain imbalanced I believe. but a few replays tonight and no "replay or it didn't happen" should be possible Good to hear you'll test the balance too Cisz.

    undead would look too much alike darkness and composite would be erm.. gray?^^ there isn't much metallic afaik. better have 2 extra areas be like all the areas currently are.

    I vote for, 1 area for each element. it's too cluttery with 6 elements per area.. But I like alot of the parts involved... Here's my suggestion, if we want one maze per element and dunno what to do with the 2 others, those 2 could stay as they are now. Void could keep the ones he likes best, before he makes one area per element (If we decide upon doing this 1element/maze, and we seem to have a strong party for this change.).

  7. You are right, when i made those lights pure, clones where small like wisps.
  8. nono, he sais it should deal more damage the more % creep health has, not the more health it has. so 100% health left, perhaps 1000 damage. 10% left perhaps 100 damage. (or the otehr way around but if so with a cap). and we had that before and I suggested it implemented again with both types, more dmg when mroe hp and more dmg when less hp, but it doesn't seem all were agreed it's a neat concept. I dunno, most other towers we have are nice too^^
  9. Build and sell really should swap. Also Build(current sell) should have a bit more clear constructing lines circling upwards, in the yellow/white they allready are but a bit stronger upwards circling lines.
  10. right, if moved to area 1 it's easy. but here's what i don't like, 5 is good in one aspect and 1 in another, so it doesn't matter what you do. but no reset is cool with me too i guess..

  12. I felt that the maze start end "teleporter" locations are important to be at exact spot where creeps appear/disappear. i only tried to play as player one and could feel that they walked through the wall before they dissappeared. but it can impossibly feel any better as player 4: temporary.PNG
  13. a few secs into the wave? more like if you try and fail the timing, you don't get the ele down before tornado ends, so new tornado summons when elemental has 5% hp, and i have 25 sec of the wave without a monsoon. I like to emphasize strategy and thinking. but this awards teh "don't think at all strategy" for the one who tries to think good fails, gets pissed, and never plays the map more. This is almost too hard, but in a 2nd thought i like to have some cool really hard towers.... hmm. perhaps it's ok, dunno. at least i got pissed when it happened to be twice

Cisz I'm afraid that is not a valid strategy. in most cases the micro timing is about being right with a less than 5 sec margin, that you have to begin preparing from like lv 39 ^^ I was fully aware of this and yet failed 30% of the times i tried to summon water 2 and make monsoon. I think it should Reset cooldown!

    If It's not too much work one area per Element Would be better than this, yet This is still a great work, Well done Void! . However, I agree to everyone lse that it's good do clearly see where build areas are, and also some too large dooads that limit the sight. But if we would do one region for each element what can we agree on about the 2 other? 2 with mixed eles, 3 eles each? one mechanical and one undead area? with shredders and death knights as dooads xD no, I'm not sure...

  19. hehe... that is the same reason why i leaked entire wave 41 on 30% of my attempts in latest forum draft and the "timing" is mostly luck, because tornado has to end between elemental and next wave, which is about 5 sec if you summon and kill in 10sec. so you need to prepare your timing by killing wave 40 at an exact speed, with those <5 secs of accuracy. by delaying elemental for timing you get nothing back cause then there'd be a less than 5 sec accuracy needed for tornado to end.. SO - it'd be good with a reset cooldown. I think i remember we had that in previous version, some priv beta, but not the latest. Why would it not be good? I mean the old tornado disappears anyway.
  20. if you use slowing too yes. I want to say that the strongest strategy would only get stronger if mechanical creeps were nerfed, because it (slow&splash) owns everything except mechanicals with ease. It would be good to find a way to tackle the slow&splash problem, but currently it's not "solved" to 100%. mech is what is holding the build back.
  21. towers that move the creeps are considered Support towers. Are you suggesting this as one of the support towers or nothing special in mind? Problem is, it can give infinite support by building more and more of it.

  23. I was thinking of the exactley same, and yes that say from upgrading from hydro F would mean FleshGolem and Fire(Zealout). So that either a command or a button to change it. I've heard changing abilities of units is possible, but having ability twice with different Tool tips would not be a very small project guess. Although, I have also heard about one map file with several languages for the Tool tips - and that should also allow different hotkeys to change, Right? So different hotkeys could be changed this way, as "an own language" perhaps? problem is flamethrower would be one ability with 3 different hotkeys, F from gunpowder, E from Magic and D from Blacksmith, and that's a bit troublesome i guess?
