  1. long range, AND requires micro, so it should be more powerful by at least a little bit. im not sure i would agree with it being overpowered. Possibly, but I haven't thought of it that way.
  2. ok then, i say I have completed 4.0PB on very hard mode, same random, extreme mode, with a 3 element build, using only one hand, and got 9,000 ronald kills. True unless you can prove otherwise!!!11!!!1!

This is true, but sometimes I'll "accidentally" let one or two creeps leak when I'm being too aggressive on selling/rebuilding towers, and I feel like this should be punished yep. happens to me all the time and i feel guilty =P. This idea needs to be looked into. hmmmm maybe not -that- interesting, but would be neat.

  5. whoo another EDM fan! what kinds of trance/electronic music do you like Kara? Mostly I like trance...not a big fan of "progressive" mainstream stuff like Tiesto, etc. but I think Nitrous Oxide is amazing...
  6. 1 - interesting! not sure if that's exactly what i would want, but it's a neat idea...have to think about it... 2 - your suggestion makes sense, but isn't the -color- already indicative of the damage type? (my memory is foggy) 3 - muck is definitely overpowered as is in the 4.0PB (though i do/will kind of miss it...=( ). I actually used to think gunpowder sucked =P. the upgraded ones are definitely powerful, but the downside is that as long range towers they lead to slower play in general...but yes, these concerns have been taken into account. 4 - also being taken into account afaik. 5 - being somewhat addressed, but it's nice that you brought this up. these towers are always tricky, agreed. 6 - disease is broken, we know =). Drowning on the other hand does not suck! It can be quite useful, just give it a chance true, late game it might lose its effectiveness significantly, but the same could be said of other towers...also, % based damage is in general really hard to balance... 7 - periodics are indeed IMBA. everyone and their mothers should know this =P
  7. i agree that this is definitely not something to strive for for the final 4.0 version. but, it's nice to have some wishful thinking sometimes

  9. you can always resubmit...so best to just upload what you have and replace it later. you can try attaching as a zip file maybe? i would just upload it somewhere else though. nothing special...after all there really isn't that much variation possible here
  10. depending on what point of the game I'm in, 24 elemental arrows could be considered a minimum always always always building arrow towers, build build build build, in early-midgame. my build/sell tactics have gotten even more extreme than before. you guys are gonna like watching my replay. kind of makes me want to play SR...=P
  11. quark seems fine and fits with the electron/atom theme. zealot/fanatic makes logical sense but yeah, the SC preconception is kind of awkward. tidal is perfectly fine, what better to describe the effect than "tidal wave"? The ability "splash" seems okay, but I'm not a big fan of "douse" for tsunami towers since "douse" sounds weaker. other than that...
  12. Me too you guys are being too aggressive aim for completion first. also seems like you can't attach .w3g files as attachments to PMs...which is odd since you can attach them in forum posts. Didn't try zip files, but...yeah.

    Hello there

    making to wave 50 aint bad at all interest abuse is very possible in VH (i should know more than anyone =P) but yes, it does require a quick build speed and good timing/knowledge to know what to build in advance. If it's too fast, then just fall back to basics--build the right towers and don't worry about the $$ =too= much.
  14. actually you're right. we get another weekend, so that's fine. first attempt was encouraging...
  15. depends on where you are playing and under what conditions... if you are playing with lag, you basically have to build all of your towers one wave in advance sometimes
  16. gah! thanks for reminding me. one sec while i think about this... === Light 3 actually i had Fire 3 up here at first because i didn't trust flame and kindle to make it through, only being tier 2...but, actually i think i like this better =P. And I'm definitely not actually a fan of pure fire, having only 500 range. so there.
  17. haha no, i dont think i'm gutsy enough to play without any lvl 3 elements. well...maybe if it were 4.0PB where tier 2 support triples rule all =P
  18. heh, 3*interest, eh? actually i'm not sure whether or not that's viable here. I know interest is more powerful than before, but still, 3 interest picks is probably still stretching it. you all know i'm going to be trying it out though =P

  21. Windstorm and Ice is draftet *hehe* that is going to be funny Maybe a Flame3 + Elec3 build pushed by Spring and Nova? We'll see... Btw.: Is the 6 element build forbidden? I only know that Periodic is out... oops, yeah i keep forgetting about that. tier 3 well is still in though... as for 5 elements, if it comes to that would i rather want earth or darkness? hmmmm...
  22. FLNW? haha actually i haven't tried out this build that much in the new beta--nova+windstorm can't solo everything anymore...but hey, maybe electricity and ice can =P
