Interesting idea, but I think I have an improvement. Instead of ground attack, there would be a way to see the AoE of where you are going to attack. Perhaps you cast something on a tower, and then if the tower is ordered to do something it shows the AoE (much like -range xxx). Current idea would suffer from implementation problems, in fact, a lot of them. Ground attack can't be registered per attack like normal attack, so this only works for towers that have no "triggered" ability. Proposed would not.

So far the best idea in my opinion would be to have a table that has predefined values for each tower. Values would reflect perfect balance. Values would of course be damage or damage per second. Upon execution of command, each tower is counted with the predefined value being used in its place.

I'm strongly considering reverting the tier 2 elemental change, i.e. from level 25 to 20.

So it bugs some of the time but not all? Only player red, or others too? Does difficulty matter (would think that it wouldn't but you never know)? I'll be looking into this, it definitely sounds serious .

The heal is based off the hp of the dying unit.

No tier 2 until level 25. This was bumped up from 20, and I was afraid this would be the result.

I imagine it was somewhat taxing on the game, and was really only designed for testing purposes. It was removed recently in anticipation of release.

Two things I am working on are underscores replacing spaces in filenames and an easier way to view unread posts.

Bugs me too but I haven't figured out how to fix it. Doesn't seem to affect gameplay so I'm willing to live with it until post 4.0. Trying to fix it may create bugs...

Doesn't hurt to brainstorm, you never know when ideas may be useful in the future. Case in point, the quad tower thread on the old, old forums had some ideas that made it into 4.0.

I'm willing to say it publicly because this thing has dragged on far too long. Everyday that goes by without a major bug is a day closer to release. I am planning this upcoming week. Bugs may have different plans though. Only if Flash (Sliverlight) and Retail (executable) don't pan out.

No, that wasn't the intention. If you see who is in the middle now, each of those people have easily put in over 100+ hours (probably a lot more actually). You are in the credits though, and rather high up.

There is a "View New Posts" option next to "My Controls." Turquoise Dreams seems pretty dark. There are a lot more skins for IPB, and they are easy to install. You guys are welcome to find skins you want and link them here.
