Agreed. We alleviate this by doing what WindStrike said. So minerals from someone leaking wouldn't be as heavy a factor. That's easy. Minerals given would scale with number of players. That loses the spirit of the mode.

Winner of each 1v1 will be the player with the faster pre-fruit game time. If both replays are within two minutes of each other, fruit points would determine the winner. If both replays are within 30 fruit points of each other, networth would determine the winner.

I want to clarify that this is open to ALL realms. The tournament is replay based so you can play when and where you want. Depending on turnout, a variety of prizes will be offered. Selection would be from Mousepad, T-Shirt, and Auto Level 20.

I agree with both of you that this won't help players who make it to mid game then get owned. But I do see a lot of players who get owned early game, i.e. die before level 20.
