A: I didn't test them yet. A: They work at right IV and at the upper III best. (The helix' shoot directly into the outflowing creeps.) I use them on upper 5. Upper(U) has got a range of 350 and lower(L) 450. Maybe the best place is Novas(N) position. Arght i read this post only now. (Not before my big post in the GR) Make all AoE (of the damagers) like the AoE of the Canons. Afaik is that very easy to calculate but if you publish for every tower the exact AoE values it should be calculateable too.

AoE problem AoE: The damage is the shown damage * AoE * the 'Enemies/AoE constant A'. The constant is A = 0,008 (that's 2/250 alias 250 AoE is doulbe damage). Example (Pure E): dmg_e = 52500 * 350 * 0.008 = 147000 (dmg / speed = dps and dps / gold = dpspg) Maybe here is the first bug: Maybe dmg in 500 AoE is not the double damage of 250 AoE. See the graph below: The red line is 'mine' formular, blue could be true too (or something like that). I am sure, that 250 AoE = double damage. If we calculate dmg for AoE correct, dpspg would be a nice value for both, ST and AoE, towers! Range problem dpspg is a nice value but it ignores the range. Pure Light has got 13u and pure Earth 19u. If you look at the dpspg the Earth is ~46% stronger! But that is not true because Earth's range is 700 and the range of Light is 1500 (thats more than 100% additional range!). 1st attempt (wrong): Use the unit dpspgr. Simply do dpspg * range. dpspgr_e = 19,97 * 700 = ~13700 and dpspgr_l = 13,38 * 1500 = ~20000. That value says: Light is ~45% stronger than Earth. But that is totally wrong!I used the damage counter in the Beta 11 of version 4. The counter starts if the first enemy comes into the range and stops if the last enemy leaves the range. I positioned the Light at V and the Earth at VI (I assume that that are the best positions). The test wave was 60 (Composite; Healing - no creep died). The result: E ~2459k damage L ~2223k damageIt is obviously that Earth is strogner than light. No solution yet. I hope I could explain the problems well graph.png

Well i completet it in my first try. (After forgetting to enter the code twice ) The new XS mode timer is very good. That enought time to klick on the Book and build the towers. (I played random). The new Trippels Tier 2 seems to be really strong. At least the game was a 6 ele build (last element (D) in 50) but I am sure i completet the game if there was no D. I use three electricity2 and one/two ice1 towers. At 5 one Nova2 and at least around 6 Quacker2. Blachsmith2 and Well1 as tower supporders. One Enhatchment2. And all the other supporders at 1. Pures: Pure Fire (56) and a periodic (52). Afaik i didn'd leak after 50. I completet the game with ~19 lives. It's a pitty i coudn't count the ronalds, the counter don't work. If you want to you should ask in the IRC or write Karawasa a Pm Opensouce ftw! Hacks? I think most of the tools are really usefull. But I didn't thest them...

Afaik is the ankh an item in the inventory that get destroyed if the unit dies. (See the map Kriegsjäger)

Simple idea: In no leak mode you start with only 1 live Reason: No leak repalys And i think ronald hunting will get very very interresting in this mode.

Ok I'll try in easy sentences I have to improfe my English. I think building time should not get decreased, it shoult take more time. Because IMHO it is important to think about the timeing, like in 3.0. In 4.0PB you can update you towers neary evertime without leaking.

Maybe removing corpses overall. I they might increment the FPS a bit.

If a burning unit dies, the air burns unitl the curse stopped. It think it's the same with Roots too but I'm not sure.

The model bug is present in Beta 11 too. I hate it. First was a Quaker. I rebuilt it. Second was a Enhatchment. I let it big. Every model bug is marked by a ! in my replay. etd_4b11_080811_vhsrsm_50_buggy.w3g

Why that? If there are 30 creeps with 50 HP... that should 1500 dmg for everyone...

You can do -range with towers of other players. It's not a very critical bug but it can be really nasty

*confirm* No creeps: 110 FPS Attacking: 60 FPS Ice/Flame: 40 PFS I don't notice that because they are all high. Hint: Type ingame /fps
