You can clear the dns-cache with `ipconfig /flushdns` too. (That somthimes sloves very strange problems...)

I thuoght you mean micro. I guess positions are not that difficult - you read them once and know them always. (Thats the "learn by rote" part)
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but i think Magic/Mush sucks.

I don't think those buttons are needed. The info spreads better by typing -random so the others can see, and the button would dissappear before lv 5 anyway.That would work too

Inerst: Every 15 sec. you get 2% (more if you buy that 'treasure box') of your unspent money. Thats a nice bonus.
Jolin sells his towers to have lots of money if the inerst counter is at 0. (more money == more bonus). But you mustn't sell elemental towers (except in random)! Because you don't get 100% money back. If you sell Arrows or Canons you get 100% money back. Thats why Jolin tries to play as long as possible with them. Later he builds combinations.
But if you pick a good build you needn't abuse the inersts. Easy builds are 6 ele and most of the the 5 eles are easy too.

Hm... maybe it is really a bug in the corners. I'll test it again.

wouldn't that result in more misses? if the missle exlodes three times at the same spot, the creep would be at different positions.. in the case of a single creep, it is possible it's not hit at all. the projectile takes too long to reach the 'target', by the time it reaches and starts exploding, the creep has already passed the 'target'. correct me if i misunderstood anything..Maybe let the missle follow the creep...

Holepercent and me noticed, that Gumpowder is too random.
We both had got 3 Guns at V but he was much earlier ready. (Maybe he can attach the replay)
Another idea for Gunpower:
Let the missle explde three times. With a small gab. (maybe 0,5s) But don't split it. Thats too random.

I've got a question:
Is on non-northrend anohter background image (we've got falling snow) in the bnet menus?
(Because Northrend is the ice area in the real game)

Holepercent and I noticed a bug in the hydro tower.
Hydro tower slows the creeps to their normal speed. (Fast waves -> normal speed) Maybe that works in extreme too. I didn't test...
Hydro tower seems to clump the enemies, maybe there is a small stack when the creeps land? But maybe that is just imagination.

I can confirm that bug, but it is not always.
I remember one time a tower reseted. But maybe it was a nomal quak.

I wouldn't call a tower that does 500% of an st tower with slow ballanced.Maybe we have to power down slowing.

Personally not a fan of that custom at all. Why not let people select their race to choose which interface they want?I guess thats the best solution.

Custom looks nice but 1 MB! AFAIK there is a size limit in the bnet, very big maps can't downloaded any more (I don't know the value).
Idea:
Let the player pick a race in the 'start menu' (screen with the playerlist and chat), if he picks UD he will get the UD style...

1. Already in the game.2. You can random an essence but have to have level 3 of the element first. There is no cap, but it is limited by the fact above.
3. Including 20 would mean 25. I think leaving it at 20 is fine, otherwise people will be getting too many elements.
4. Including 35 would mean 40. Which is what it is now.
That being said, perhaps another nerf to elemental bosses is needed.

First: We must not forget the range problem!
My idea for AoE towers with a missile:
Fist a small draft. X is the main target. # are the two emenies around.
#-----135-----X-----135-----#
(300AoE/s * 0,45s = 135AoE)
Every tower gets 200AoE.
Damage area 1: 0 to 70 with 100% damage (Is that enought to hurt the main target 100%?)
Damage area 2: 70 to 200 with 50% damage
Damage area 3: delete it
All AoE towers will do double damage. So they get half strengh. I think the AoE of area 1 should be very small - if it is too big slowing gets overpowerd.
With that formular it is easy to calculate the dps (and the dpspg).
Formular for dps: damage*2 / speed

Now the game has got very difficult. If you get in random $$ it is impossible to beat the game and it is hardly possible to beat it with $.
