Cisz Posted August 30, 2007 I have put my art skills toghether (both of them), and made some really minimalistic logo: I especially like the missing dark. And I started a second version: The idea behind this second one is that each element is graphically linked to it's neighbours. Go to top Share this post Link to post
Guest frankie4fingers Posted August 30, 2007 too minimalistic for me :/ Go to top Share this post Link to post
Cisz Posted August 30, 2007 I grew up in white cubes and modern design. Colour is like sin. Go to top Share this post Link to post

Guest Cataras Posted August 30, 2007 As much as he knows about Element TD just as much does he suck at painting. Cataras Go to top Share this post Link to post
Guest Cataras Posted August 30, 2007 Well I think as his very best friend it is my responsibility to tell him that he should give up his painting career. Go to top Share this post Link to post
jolin012 Posted August 30, 2007 The idea behind this second one is that each element is graphically linked to it's neighbours. I don't see the connection between light and darkness. and neither if there is supposed to be a connection between light and the white box(representing earth?) Go to top Share this post Link to post
Cisz Posted August 30, 2007 The white box is empty, that is, not done yet. And the sun shines from above, matching the increasing dark gradient. But I agree, that link is not abvious enough. Go to top Share this post Link to post
Guest Cataras Posted August 30, 2007 The idea of the elements being "linked" together is a very good idea and inspired me to make my own picture: The sun represents Light shining on the ground representing Earth. Then there comes a big big cloud full of rain which empties itself representing Water. The Water and the Light coming together on the ground make a beautifull flower grow out of a seed which was planted in the earth before representing Nature. But the the sun unfortunately shines too long and burns the little flower representing Fire. And in the end there is nothing left but void representing Darkness. Fin! Discuss..... Guest mrchak Posted August 30, 2007 I like the element comic (it's sortof a comic, right?) The poor flower. The darkness can also represent the ashes left over after the flower dies. Go to top Share this post Link to post
Guest Sancdar Posted August 31, 2007 The Water and the Light coming together on the ground make a beautifull flower grow out of a semen which was planted in the earth before representing Nature. Oh, the glory of translations. Go to top Share this post Link to post

Guest Sancdar Posted August 31, 2007 My attempt combines the flower comic with one of Cisz's artsy videos. A long zoom out as time progresses...then a longer zoom, showing the impact of these events in the scope of the universe's vast darkness. Go to top Share this post Link to post
Twilice Posted September 1, 2007 Cataras were easyer to understand. Is the first or the Second earth? And is the first sun or the second sun Light or Fire? Go to top Share this post Link to post
Guest Sancdar Posted September 1, 2007 Dirt --> Earth Seed --> Nature Water --> Water Sunshine --> Light Nuclear Explosions --> Fire Space --> Darkness Go to top Share this post Link to post
holepercent Posted September 2, 2007 agree.. then the 2nd one should have more 'green' in it. the seed is not really obvious to mean nature. but nice one to all the artists... Go to top Share this post Link to post
