[Beta 11] Bug or Feature: Damage counter

The damage counter seems the reset after some time. (After the round ends)

I wonder if thats a bug or a feature. Because the dealt damage per level should be equal for every player.

That is a feature of the damage counter. Resetting the counter every wave makes it easier to use in my opinion.

if i build one arrow tower and you build 50, yours will be higher :shock:

Why that? If there are 30 creeps with 50 HP... that should 1500 dmg for everyone...

To me it seems to only count overkills.....

Agreed with Kaini.

The lower damage dealt and no leak the better....

ya, when it always ends up with the health that the creeps have i don't see the reason for it. but it's not annoying so i don't mind, just that i don't know how to find it useful. Healing waves should give a higher damage count the slower you kill them.

The main use for the damage counter that I saw was in combination with a clock. You could calculate your builds DPS, useful in comparing different strategies to see which does more damage faster.

By resetting every wave it makes doing this easier. You don't have to figure out in your head the difference between start and end for a massive number. Since it resets it should keep this task manageable to endgame.
