[b23c] golems cause unbuildable area

Jolin says this has been the case for ages: If you have golems in play, the area they were built on is sometimes unbuildable. Jolin say, it's when they are close to their building site.

No idea how to fix it. Though, I don't know if I'd even consider that a bug. When you sell the space obviously goes away.

it's a bug since it's unintended, but it's not too much of a "problem", but if you come across a slotution..

But if I remember right the -old- golems which ran around didn't make the place unbuildable.
