i kinda like trickery tower, but i noticed that when you use its abilitiy, when you sell the tower the illusion does not disappear

now someone who is playing random can build > image > rebuild this tower to get multiple images of their strongest tower and get interest. i think this could be fixed by making images disappear when the tower does, although the selling and rebuilding is capable of resetting the cooldown as well.

In addition to that, the values of trickery/mirage are badly chosen. :(

It makes no sense to upgrade to mirage for twice the cooldown speed, if for the same price you can get three more trickey.

4 trickery (2.000) > 1 mirage (2.000).

2 trickery (1.000) = 1 mirage (2.000).

I ended up massing trickery, but since it is hard to micro more than 12 of them, probably even this would do:

4 trickery (2.000) = 1 mirage (2.000)

yeah plus i dont think trickery would be bought for the damage, but more for its ability. 4 images >>>>> 1 image

The mirage tower is meant to create more images, and it does so, having only half the cooldown, but still it's to expensive.

I suggest that we implement a copies per gold ratio.

but, what i could do with massing trickery towers is this

i could build twenty, place them in two different groups (ctrl 1 and ctrl 2)

then , i had a highest level life tower. and with my image towers, every level i could make ten MORE life towers for fraction of the cost, and they were enough to slaughter the round in less than 30 secs. then for the next wave, while my first ten cooled down, i used my second ten, so i continually had my life tower plus ten more each round. as rounds got harder i just added more image towers to each group....

cooldown does NOT make upgrading this tower better, just knowing how to work around the time constraints is enough to exploit.

the MIRAGE should be able to copy more POWERFUL towers, that should be the reason to upgrade. I strongly feel that a Trickery tower should NOT be able to copy a Refined darkness tower, its FAR too powerful. There needs to be a cap on the HP of a tower the Trickery, Mirage etc towers can copy.

For example

Trickery Lv1 max hp of copied tower is 500 (Lv1 duals and Lv2 singles)

Trickery lv2 max hp is 2000 (Lv1 triples, Lv2 duals, Lv3 singles)

Trickery lv3 max hp is anything except pures (Lv2 triples, lv3 duals, lv4 singles)

OR the length of time the Clone exists could be dependent on (1) the Level of the conjure ability and (2) how powerful the target of the spell is. For example, a Trickery tower can clone a refined earth and the clone exists for like 5 seconds. But a Mirage can clone a refined earth and the clone exists for 25 seconds

This still doesn't solve all the problems... we'll think of something good.

its good, but then what would be the point in building it, why not just build the actual tower. unless you give the images a little something extra its just not viable.

its good, then time can be worked out with equation (tower hp/1000)*[level of ability] or some mathcraft like that. then to be friendly put a skill on the tower that when you use it on another tower it tells you how long the image lasts.
