Electron Tower not hitting right

Quark tower hits nicely, Electron... has some sort of blind spot. It's odd in the way it hits. Atom, I have no idea because by that time, I usually have multiple. I'll see if I can get just one by itself to try and test things out.

I can't find anything to indicate a difference between the two. Maybe a screenshot with paint used to indicate the problem?
