Interest problem

Okay, I am not sure if it's normal or not, but I notice that when you are playing on b.net, this problem can occur. At first, the interest is working properly, but when other players get schooled and they decide to leave, your interest timer no longer works. Basically, the interest timer stops counting down as it says at 14. It only happens if all other players leave the game and you are playing solo on b.net. If other players get schooled, but they stay in the game and decide to watch the interest works properly. The problem only occurs when other players leave the game on b.net. If you don't play on b.net and play solo on single player custom map mode, the interest works. So, yea the problem happens only on b.net.
