I would like to report a problem. I'm stuck at the loading screen. I cant seem to connect to the game. After waiting for a long time the server send me back to the lobby. Any troubleshoot that i should do?

I'm facing the same problem. I'm stuck at that screen (as shown in the users post), and after waiting for a long time it returns to the lobby. Any troubleshoots that i should do to remove such problem?
