Set round mode

For some reason, i remember ele td used to be like each person have their own rounds, i remember when the next round only starts either when you cleared or by time limits, other than start as soon as someone clears whole thing.

I take it you played the StarCraft 2 version? We did have "Race" and "Casual" modes that did the things you mentioned. But we found that it did not encourage competitive gameplay. So we axed them.
