No break between Frog waves in Rush + Classic mode

Frog levels have no timer between the waves, so you get consecutive frogs. It's pretty ridiculous.

I can't quite tell if they spawn at the same time, but there's definitely no break between the waves.

Boss waves might not make sense for rush mode, kind of like express. You get overwhelmed really fast.

Yeah this is kind of brutal and intended  The 60 second break should still apply, right? But once that start, you will start Rush-mode boss waves (which give x1.5 by Rush rules)
