WindStrike Posted May 19, 2011 According to its description, it gets a +11% attack speed bonus every time it fires and up to 20 times. Starting attack speed is 1 and it's currently dropping to 0.66. How many times is it shooting per game second time? 1/0.66 = 1.5151... If it the attack speed increase is static from the base speed, that means it's only increasing by 2.7575% per shot. If it were really increasing by 11% per second, it'd total a +220% increase (1 + 2.2 = 3.2), so 1/3.2 = 0.3125, which should be the actual fire rate by the time it reaches 20 attacks.
