Question about blacksmith towers

I was probably supposed to have seen this ruling somewhere but I was wondering if blacksmith damage bonus would help electricity towers and towers like that with 1-1 damage, and the same for Well towers.

yes - they are supposed to buff any non-support tower. including spell casters. to buff the damage AND the ability. (except life towers' ability and gold towers' ability, but their increased dmg and speed gives a greater chance for last hit)
