It's not a great strategy but you can do it 2 ways:

1.) Cheat. type -pointbreak and you can build infinity of them.

2.) pick all elements at level one, that takes 6 lumber. take level 2 and level 3 of one of the elements, that takes another 2 lumber. you have 3 lumber left to buy pure essences for (you may purchase pure essences for your lumbers as soon as you have maxed one element) if you purchase 1-3 essences, and wait for the 2 regular to come you can build 3-5 periodics.

( 3) you could clone periodics using trickery tower if you consider that as "having more periodics)

yes that is right, you can PAY lumber to Receive Extra Pure essences

(Pure essence makes extra pure OR Periodics possible to build. but you need to max at least one element to be able to purchase Pure Essence)
