When we talk about 4 towers, we mean barb, muck, ion and the other one ? Multiple mucks, for example, won't stack will they ?

Specifically Barb and Muck. If a creep is hit by both, does it get 20%, 11%, or 10% slower ? Sorry if this is redundant but I really did try to search and check stickies etc =(
