Light vs. Light/Earth

I've started up Element TD again, and I'm trying to figure out which is stronger when going into the Boss Waves: Light (and it's upgrades) or Quark/Electron/Atom.

 

Considering they have extremely similar abilities, I was curious how they pair up.

You can combine Light towers with Well Towers which makes them stronger than Quark towers for the bosswave
