New effects are good...again and some other stuff

I like the new flamethrower explosion, which makes it easier to see, the new laser effect is quite...indifferent.

The flamethrower tower itself seems fine but the actual support it provides steeps off quickly...

The new range buffs seem fine, I really didn't notice it that much.

120% is pretty good I definitely noticed a slight difference.

I have not seen the "stutter" bug although I will look for some thing of it...(can someone explain it to me in the mean time?)
