It's rainbow defense on the mobile version. Have one of each damage type tower out at the same time. Not only have I tried this, but I've tried having every single tower on the map.

I have one star for the rainbow achievement on normal when I first played the game. I have since tried on other modes even with every single tower on the board, and I cannot earn the achievement.
