So long story short, there is a build explorer on the main site. You can find it here: http://www.eletd.com/builds.php. You will notice that as soon as you get level 3 of an element, it says you can build pure. This is, of course, incorrect. What it should do is say you can build refined, and then once you get an essence then change that to pure. I've played with it but can't figure it out. Hopefully someone here can. Thanks!
