Have you ever tried minecraft? I don't know why, I can't explain. But this game is just full of awesomeness. It's not even finished and there is a few bugs and unpolished stuff but overall I don't really understand what makes it so good. Is it the creepers? TSsssSS BOOM!!! Or that you can saddle a big down a hill and die? Or just that you can use your creativity in whatever way you like, you don't even have to be creative to be creative!

I've heard good things about it but have never tried it. Perhaps once we get the alpha out wink.gif.

Well it sort of have evolved around it's own hype. It didn't get popular duo to commercials only by the game itself so judging by that it's a pretty good game. But I am not sure if the game is actually well made, but what does it matter when it just feels "fun" to play it.

Hm, could be. It's an original game in some fashions, but it just feels so buggy and unfinished. I know it's only a beta, but I can't see the difference from alpha to beta in the game and the things that feel unfinished doesn't seem to be highlighted or seen as not polished. Contents add over time so we might see a change, but it feels with every new content two new bugs arrives but only 1 gets fixed.

Actually I bought the game, and I must say, even after 2-3 weeks of playing, this game is still great!

--------------------
Fire burned Nature -> Nature entangles Earth -> Earth covers the Light -> Light shine through Darkness -> Darkness decays the Water -> Water extinguishes Fire

Such an equilibrium... But gets violent on Element TD!!

Well you need an idea of somehting you want to create. Without your own ideas, there's simply nothing to do in Minecraft, except exploring the world. Something like: I want to build the biggest treehouse ever! Or: that natural cave formation would be an awesome home for me. Or ... well, let's build the York Minster.

First thing I built a small house. Later I put a huge 1x1 tower on top of it (higher than the clouds!), so that I could find my home again from afar. Then I build some more floors for my house and a big platform on top. From there I saw another island. I wanted to get there. So I built a bridge and another platform over the island and a new and even bigger house on top of it, even with it's own fireplace and chimney. I wanted to have a permanent fire in there, so I used lava (this was before the nether was introduced). There was just one thing ... both platforms, the house and the bridge ... were made out of wood. Well, the chinmey was made out of stone, but apparantly, not big enough.

What followed was the biggest fire ever. Half the world went down in flames. It would have been spectecular, if it weren't so sad ... that was really tough.
The next thing that I built in a new world was a castle. A stone castle.

Yeah I've been playing it for a while now, My friends and I have a server where Ive build: Underground railway connecting all of our buildings, a colonial village, a metropolitan downtown, a spaceship, a lighthouse, a James Bond villain lair, and my most recent, a Secret hidden underground temple of doom. It's fun stuff.
